“Liam was recommended to us by a local realtor who sold us land for our house in Port Townsend and we are grateful for that. We were living out of state and could only make it to Port Townsend 3x during the building of the house but Liam was great about working with us long distance.

Once we had negotiated the contract with him, Liam put us in touch with a local architect who created a design that we both loved. My partner had a stroke 2 years ago and has limited mobility. The architect created a house plan that lets my partner get easily around the ground floor, while also having guest bedrooms. Liam also made sure the bathrooms were accessible with grab bars where needed and entranceways that work for my partner.

The place is beautiful in part because of a local cabinet maker and craftsman who did countertops, both of which were contacted through Liam. Throughout the process, Liam kept us up to date on the progress of the house, and kept us in budget for it.”
